Whoever is not able to spend the Night in Mina due to work
Question:
What is the ruling concerning the person whose work conditions do not allow him to Spend the night in Mina during the days of Al-Tashreeq?
Answer:
Spending the night in Mina is not required for the people with valid excuses. However, they must take advantage of the rest of the times by staying in Mina with the Hajj pilgrims.
